Use your own logged lifts.

Today suggests two isolations, one compound and one big lift. It uses your logged movements and their recent history.

Skip a suggestion or choose another lift. Missing categories stay empty. The app does not invent exercises for you.

Read the exercise disclaimer before using a target.

Try it for 10 workouts.

Use the full app for a 10-workout trial. After the trial, a one-time purchase gives you a key to unlock Progress and the big-lift target.

Progress shows numbers from your dated notes. The big-lift target suggests a load or rep count using fixed rules.

Logging, History, import and export stay free forever. You can still save notes and download a backup after the trial.

One-time unlock: $10 USD. Review the total and any taxes at checkout.

The store provides your key in the receipt email and on the download page. Enter it in Last Set. Keep the receipt and key.

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. See the refund process.

Keep a copy of your notes.

Your workout data stays in this browser. Last Set does not collect or transmit workout or usage data. There is no account or cloud backup.

Download JSON backups from History. Clearing browser data removes your notes and means you must re-enter your key. Restore a saved backup to recover your notes.

The browser can also remove local storage. Private browsing is unsuitable for keeping a log. Keep backups somewhere separate from the browser.

Read the help page for storage and key questions.
