The trial and purchase.

The full app has a 10-workout trial. After the trial, a one-time key unlocks Progress and the big-lift target. Logging, History, import and export stay free forever.

The one-time price is $10 USD. Payhip handles checkout and provides your key in the receipt email and on the download page. Review the total, currency and any taxes before paying.

Keep the key for re-entry if you clear browser data. Keep it private. A key is for your use; do not resell or distribute it.

You can request a no-questions refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy. A refund ends your licence for the paid features.

Your notes and browser storage.

Your workout data stays in your browser. There is no account, cloud backup or automatic sync between devices. The app uses fixed rules and has no AI inside.

Clearing browser data removes notes and the saved unlock. The browser can also remove local data. Re-enter the key to unlock again and restore a JSON backup to recover saved notes.

You are responsible for keeping backups. Support cannot recover local notes without a backup. JSON restore replaces existing notes and lift settings after confirmation.

Compatibility and availability.

Use a browser that allows local storage. Offline opening needs service-worker support and a completed first load online. Home-screen installation depends on your browser and device.

Try the app on your own device before purchasing. Initial loading and downloading updates need a connection to the app host.

The purchase unlocks the stated features. It does not promise future features, continuous hosting or support for a fixed number of years. Keep your key and local backups.

The suggested lifts and targets come from your notes and fixed rules. You decide what to lift. Read the exercise disclaimer.
